Joan and I were privileged to attend the Christmas meal (2008) put on by the Eastern Region for its retired Ministers and their Wives etc. What a splendid meal it was! Everything was done by a splendid cook and made to look attractive and inviting! We shared at the table of feasting all about Prime Timers, and the Superintendent, David Puddle, is desirous that something more can be done to initiate this and make it a part of the region’s ministry.
